Viewing Class Scores

To view the submissions for a specific test, navigate to www.coursewave.com and log in to your account. On your dashboard, click on the resource with the test you’d like to view. A list of tests will appear on your screen.

Select the test you’d like to view, and click on the test title. Do not click the button that says “View,” because that will bring you to the test content instead. Once you’ve clicked on the test title, you will see the student submissions that you have received, and the scores on the right hand side.

Any tests with ungraded (text-entry short answer or essay questions) will show a number in the “ungraded questions column.” See the Knowledge Base article Scoring Essay and Short Answer Questions for more information on those.

You can export this score list as a .CSV or a .XLSX file by clicking on the appropriate button on the right hand side of your screen.

Use the Score Report tool for a more in-depth, question-by-question view. The score report will not display scores with ungraded questions.

To email the scores to your students, click the “email scores” button at the top right side of your screen. This will send all of the students their scores. To email a score to an individual student, simply click on the envelope symbol next to their submission. Student replies to the score email will be sent directly to the teacher.
